I decided to take on this challenge for the fun of it.
"I make my living tweaking my second favorite organ in the body.
The brain.
Born in Japan in a biracial marriage, my life has always been about building bridges.
Communication bridge between my parents, between my Japanese insides and “gai-jin”(trans. “outsider”) outsides.
In adulthood I became an occupational therapist, building bridges between people’s limitations and potential.
Thinking I wanted to help my clients more, I became a workshop addict, everything from craniosacral therapy, reiki, and then finally Brain Gym.
Through Brain Gym I explored the bridge between my right and left brain and I realized all along I was using these techniques to build bridges inside myself, between my heart, emotions and spirit.
Now I teach others how to build these brain bridges.
The funny thing is that the more I balance my brain, the more I get in touch with my first most favoritest organ.....the heart."
Is life a dispiriting struggle or an engaging challenge?
If you answered that it is the former, I can relate.
I want to tell you from personal experience that it does not have to be a struggle.
When you start to balance the brain, the challenges start to fall away and your life changes for the better----sometimes in ways that you never imagined possible.
Life is too short for disconnection, isolation, boredom or loneliness.
I want you to experience the joy and love that we are meant to be living.
Start today! It is never too late to live your best life yet!
